With open arms, Body Works Plus completed a touch up job after a rock hit my hood and left a few dings exposing metal (unreleated to the job that was completed in my original post). Christine was fantastic to work with as usual. The customer service, communication and work product exceeded my high expectations. BWP is the only shop I trust to bring my car to. Thank you BWP team!!!

There are not enough stars in the world I could give to this team! I was hit while traveling during the holidays and wanted my brand new Hyundai to be fixed at a Hyundai Certified body shop. Christine was so patient with answering all my questions and provided many updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the whole process. She gave me an estimated timeline on when my vehicle would be completed and the service team did everything in their power to meet that deadline (which was met in advance, by the way). I picked up my vehicle yesterday and was astonished by the quality of repairs and cleanliness of my vehicle. I actually think it looks better than when I drove it off the lot!

Hopefully I never have to deal with another accident again, but if I do, Body Works Plus is the first place I’m calling. Thank you all, especially Christine, for the excellent customer service and results. I will recommend this body shop to everyone I know again and again!

   Body Works Plus has an amazing TEAM and very informative with everything they do for their customer’s. Christine (girl Chris/GC) was so pleasant and kept me in the loop with everything while our daughter’s car was being fixed. Thank you Chris for answering all my questions about the vehicle and giving me recommendations on fixing her JEEP backup camera. Jose, you did one fantastic job on detailing the car! You made one teenage girl extremely happy and what a nice surprise. To the owner Brian, what a genuine and nice guy! I’m sure you are aware of this and I hope you read this…. you have GREAT employees! Brian always emailed or called me to make sure I knew what was going on and always put his customers safety first!
