Body Works Plus, located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented CSR/Insurance Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. This innovative, automotive-related role is crucial in ensuring top-tier service for our customers, vendors, and adjustors throughout the entire repair process. We are offering a full-time position with competitive pay in a growing business environment filled with great positive professionals.  We are looking for a long term employee that has previous work history that reflects loyalty. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Interaction: Welcome and assist customers, vendors, and adjustors, providing prompt and friendly service.
  • Communication Handling: Efficiently manage phone calls and emails, maintaining a professional demeanor and image.
  • Office Management System Usage: Skillfully utilize the office management system for various administrative tasks.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule estimate appointments and facilitate the arrival of vehicles.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure the collection of necessary documentation and take before-and-after photos of vehicles.
  • Rental Reservations: Arrange rental car reservations for customers as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Clearly communicate the repair process and provide regular updates on vehicle status to customers.
  • Insurance Claims Handling: Manage claims with insurance companies and field adjustors, including the submission of supplements.
  • Finalizing Repair Process: Prepare delivery packets, verify payments, and confirm final payment details.
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in office management systems and computer literacy
  • Ability to handle tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

Body Works Plus LLC is currently seeking a skilled and meticulous Detail Technician to join our team full-time. This role is integral to our commitment to providing top-tier vehicle detailing and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of vehicle appearance and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detailing Excellence: Perform thorough cleaning, washing, polishing, and waxing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to achieve a pristine finish.
  • Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality, ensuring that all detailing work meets or exceeds customer expectations and company standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest detailing products and techniques, applying them effectively to various vehicle types.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns about the detailing process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and care for all detailing equipment and tools, ensuring their optimal functioning and longevity.
  • Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure and safe working environment.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Manage detailing schedules effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies and materials, notifying the management of any needs for replenishment or equipment repair.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform additional duties as required, including assisting with other areas of vehicle repair and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in auto detailing (preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical stamina and dexterity
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

With over 25 years of service, we are committed to excellence in automotive care, prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of our customers and community. We seek a professional individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for the collision repair industry to join our team.

Position Description:

As an Apprentice Technician, you will learn and develop skills to perform high-level repairs on various makes and models of vehicles. This role involves systematic disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles, ensuring they match pre-accident conditions in terms of fit, finish, safety, and adherence to OEM repair procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellence in Repairs: Perform top-quality repairs on all vehicles, strictly following OEM standard repair procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to a team environment that fosters a safe, clean, organized, and productive workplace.
  • Repair Planning: Latest industry methods Repair Planning methods for meticulous repair planning.
  • Research: Thoroughly research repair procedures, especially for structural, airbag, and safety inspections or replacements.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all repair steps, including destructive weld tests and safety inspections.
  • Continuous Training: Engage in ongoing training, including mandatory ICAR, OEM training
  • Checklist Completion: Diligently complete detailed checklists for each repair task.

Qualifications:

  • A long-term passion for the collision industry
  • Minimum associate degree in Auto Body Technology or 2 years of experience
  • ICAR Gold certification
  • OEM certifications are a plus
