Brian founded Body Works Plus in 1997 and has over 25 years of industry experience and grew up in the industry. He has a background in mechanical engineering and bearing manufacturing and enjoys coaching football, time with the family, and being a business owner.

John Beltrondo, operating partnerJohn Beltrando

John joined Body Works Plus in the Spring of 2010, bringing over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry with him. His background and skills will be utilized to further build Body Works Plus into the premier collision repair facility in the Charlotte area. John is an avid automotive enthusiast, enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and mountain biking.

Stan Lynch, parts managerStan of Body Works Plus

Stan controls all vehicle parts coming in and out of Body Works Plus. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching NASCAR, and is the resident Grill Master at Body Works Plus.


MeLisa Layne, office manager MeLisa Layne of Body Works Plus

MeLisa started at Body Works Plus in 2002 and she run the front office. She will gladly help you with every aspect of the repair process. MeLisa enjoys time with children, friends, family, running, and time in the mountains with Mr. Snap-on Tools, her boyfriend Jim.

Tom Nichols, mechanical technician Tom Nichols of Body Works Plus

Tom has been with the business since 2003 and has over 20 years experience in the automotive industry. He is ASE certified and enjoys racing on local shorts tracks, water sports, and spending time with his wife and friends.

Kelvin Jones, body technician Kelvin of Body Works Plus

Kelvin started at Body Works Plus in 2004 and has 8 years experience. He enjoys relaxing and spending time with his family.

Milton is the dean of the Body Works Plus team, starting in 1999. He likes playing soccer and grilling out.

 

Jim Atwell, Lexus & ASE certified technicianJim Atwell, paintless dent removal

Jim has over 20 years experience in the industry and holds every ASE Certification as well as 10 years of Lexus Certified Technician experience. Jim enjoys camping, motor sports, and time with his family. He's worked with us for 3 years and does paintless dent repair as well.

Ben Lewallen, body technicianBen Lewallen, Body Technician

Ben joined Body Works Plus in 2009, and has a diverse background in both automotive and motorcycle repair. Ben enjoys motorsports, specifically drifting, and competes nationally in Formula D Pro Am and XDC Series events. He aspires to obtain his Formula D Pro license.

Eric joined Body Works Plus in the summer of 2011, bringing 23 years of refinish experience with him, including ICAR certification. Eric, a New Orleans native, enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, along with off shore powerboat racing, fishing, and tennis.
