Brian Davies, owner & founder

Brian founded Body Works Plus in 1997 and has gained over 25 years of experience while growing up in the industry. He has a background in mechanical engineering and bearing manufacturing. Brian enjoys coaching football, spending time with his family, and providing opportunities as a business owner.

Stan Lynch, parts manager

Stan joined Body Works Plus in 2008, and manages the parts department. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching NASCAR, and Grilling BBQ. Stan is a master griller, learning recipes and techniques from generations of family members while growing up in Eastern North Carolina. MeLisa Layne, office manager

MeLisa, an Alabama native, began her career at Body Works Plus in 2002, and is currently the front office manager. She likes to take walks, and spend time with family, friends, and working with children. On the weekends she might be found enjoying the mountains in a log cabin or horseback riding with her longtime boyfriend.

Kelvin Jones, body technician

Kelvin started at Body Works Plus in 2005 and has extensive experience in collision repair. Growing up in Charlotte, Kelvin graduated CPCC, with honors, on the Dean’s list. He enjoys his time off relaxing with his family.

Milton Cerna, paint technician

Milton is our most tenured team member, starting in 1999. He has 22 years experience with paint and refinishing. His likes watching soccer, and spending time with family, especially off roading with them in his Jeep. Originally from El Salvador, Milton thrives in the Carolina summer heat.

Jim Atwell, Lexus & ASE certified technician

Jim has over 20 years experience in the industry and holds every ASE Certification as well as 10 years of Lexus Certified Technician experience. Jim enjoys camping, motor sports, and time with his family. He's worked with us for over 4 years and is a master at paint less dent repair.

Ben Lewallen, body technician

Ben joined the Body Works Plus team in 2009. He has a diverse background in both automotive and motorcycle repair and has earned an ASE certification in collision repair. Ben enjoys motorsports, specifically drifting, and competes nationally in Formula D Pro Am and XDC Series events. He aspires to obtain his Formula D Pro license.

Eric Boe, master refinish technician

Eric joined Body Works Plus in the summer of 2011, bringing 23 years of refinish experience with him, including ICAR certification. Eric, a New Orleans native, enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, along with offshore powerboat racing, fishing, and tennis.

Jose Lopez, detail technician

Jose joined Body Works Plus in the Spring of 2011, bringing 14 years of detailing experience with him.  As former fire fighter, it’s never too hot for Jose here. In addition to the heat, he enjoys watching movies and the History Channel with his family, attending church, and playing soccer.

Ryan Cooper, body technician

Ryan came aboard in the winter of 2011.  He was raised in Raleigh, and knew from a young age that he would work in the repair industry.  He is also a CPCC graduate., and has a comprehensive skill set in both collision and mechanical repairs. In addition to spending time with his family, and 2 dogs, he likes to build and ride mountain bikes.
